Eating Clean Cooking Spray

Buy these cooking spray containers anywhere. Sam's Wholesale has a two pack for a good price.  Fill them with canola or olive oil.  They have a little pump on top and you pump a few times before you spray.  No chemicals are added junk like Pam.
