Greek yogurt (about 1/2 cup) or one small container
handful of blueberries
handful of raspberries
4 strawberries sliced
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 packets of truvia
I slice and mix up the fruit in a bowl and put in the microwave for about 30 sec..it makes it warm and blends well. You can also use frozen fruit and thaw it by heating..that works well too! Then I add the fruit, chia, and truvia to the yogurt and enjoy!!
