Raise Your Glass!..of water that is!
We have all heard it, we have all tried it, and it is harder than it sounds. Drinking 8-8 ounce glasses of water at a minimum is what are body requires. Your goal is to drink 2 liters of water a day. Did you know that most of us walk around dehydrated. That's right..see my post If you are thirsty then you are already dehydrated. Here is the ugly truth..yes, at first, you will pee a lot..like all the time.. But, as your body gets used to being properly hydrated, that does get better. Urine should be the color of water or a very pale yellow. So..turn your glass up and drink!

Add some lemon and lime slices to a pitcher and keep it in the fridge. It's really tasty..just keep refilling your cup with it. No need to squeeze them..just slice them up and throw them in.
