Blueberry Muffins:
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1/2 cup Oats 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Honey 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/3 cup Canola Oil 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 pint Blueberries, fresh
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except blueberries until thoroughly mixed. Fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture into lightly grease muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
* leave out the cinnamon and nutmeg if making for kids....mine don't like that flavor with blueberry muffins
