What's for Lunch??

Raspberry Vinaigrette Grilled Chicken Salad
1 chicken breast
sprinkle of Mrs Dash's Lemon Pepper Seasoning
splash or 2 of soy sauce
1/4 cup or a handful of feta cheese
1 cup of mixed slice strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
handful of pecans
lettuce or salad mix
Cook your chicken on the George foreman grill. Spray with eat clean cooking spray.  Sprinkle some lemon pepper and some soy sauce on top while on the grill.  Shut the lid and let cook about 4 min or until chicken is no longer pink.  Put the salad mix in the bowl. Then top with berries, cheese, nuts, and chicken.  Top with your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.  I like Drew's.

As You can see..this salad is a quick and easy thing to throw together for lunch.  If you are working or on the run, you can cook your chicken breast and keep it in the fridge. Don't buy processed, chemical full, and already in a box chicken breast.  I buy organic chicken breast in a bag at Ingles and keep in them in the fridge or freezer.  I use Mrs Dash because it is one of the only lemon pepper seasonings without sugar in the ingredients list.
